Helping You Feel Heard, Held, and Understood.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you are in safe, steady hands. Whatever has brought you here, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.

This is a place where you can slow down, speak openly, and begin to make sense of things — at your own pace, in your own way.

Welcome, a little about me and my approach

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I want you to know: you are in safe, steady hands. Whatever has brought you to this point, you’re not alone. I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive space where you can lay it all down, talk openly and start making sense of it. At your own pace, in your own way.

My journey into psychotherapy began with a foundation in mental health nursing, where I worked across a variety of settings — from acute inpatient units to specialist psychosis services, assessment centres and higher education environments. Each experience deepened my understanding of how complex and layered we all are as human beings.

Today, as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I bring that experience into the therapy room — seeing you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms or struggles.

My work is rooted in Person-Centred principles, meaning that empathy, unconditional positive regard and real human connection sit at the heart of everything we do together.

Alongside this, I often draw on Psychodynamic ideas, especially Attachment Theory, to help you explore how early experiences shape the way we relate to others today — and how we can gently, compassionately, rewrite those patterns for a healthier future.

FAQs

Wondering if therapy is right for you?

What is therapy?

Therapy is a place to explore your thoughts and emotions with honesty, safety and support. It’s not about fixing you — it’s about helping you understand yourself better.

Because you don’t have to carry everything alone. Therapy offers a space to breathe, to reflect, and to begin again.

It’s not a quick fix or just someone nodding. It’s guided, evidence-based, compassionate work — together.
